The Lean Six Sigma methodologies are used for improved productivity and quality.  Following site specific assessment, the tools necessary for industrial performance and for continuous progress such as: VSM, 5S, SMED, TPM or also DMAIC are introduced progressively.

• Supplier Quality Assurance

Client-supplier relationships put in place to communicate requirements and expectations, and to anticipate supplier non-conformities thus increasing global performance levels.

• Process Statistics Analysis

Establishing objectives based on client needs, while taking process capabilities into account, and using statistical analysis. Monitoring of production quality is also put in place using control cards.
