My project
The Quality Assurance department of a renowned international pharmaceutical company involved in biotechnology field has contracted the services of Altran to manage and optimize the activities of the change control department over an extended period of time. Responsible for the management of local and global change controls, I had to interact with different SMEs (owner of these changes) to coordinate the phases of initiation, implementation and completion of the changes in the areas of production, inspection, packaging or quality, while improving change management tools.
Why did I choose Altran?
Altran is a global, multi-cultural company, enabling me to understand a given problem using the many complementary skills of its consultants. This rich and diversified expertise really motivated me to join Altran.
What have I learned at Altran?
In the pharmaceutical field, Altran has developed very innovative internal tools to improve quality, which can be implemented at customer sites. Altran also offers us the opportunity to enrich ourselves by allowing its consultants to participate in various types of training or workshops.
